Step 1 – Open ClariSort
Tap “Launch ClariSort” below. We’ll spin up the app in a new tab so you can keep these tips by your side.
Step 2 – Sign in securely
We use Clerk for fast, trusted sign-in. Choose “Continue with Google,” then pick the Google account you want ClariSort to declutter.
Step 3 – Confirm your account
If you’re juggling multiple Google profiles, select the one that needs a tidy-up. Google will show our privacy policy and terms so you know exactly how we protect your data.
Step 4 – Acklowedge Google’s preview alert
While Google reviews our sensitive-permissions request, you may see a caution screen. Click “Advanced,” then “Proceed to ClariSort.” You’re still in safe hands.
Step 5 – Grant full access (crucial!)
Hit “Select All.” This lets ClariSort view every file and folder—so we can organize your entire drive, not just a corner of it.

A handy guide on getting started with ClariSort
1: See where things stand
ClariSort AI first shows you your Drive as-is. Pick the view you like—tree, list, or icons.
2: Preview the organized version
Ready to let us work? Click Preview Organized Drive. Most Drives finish in less than 60 seconds; very large ones may take a couple minutes.
Tip: Play a quick game of tic-tac-toe while you wait, or just close the tab—we’ll email you when the preview is ready.
3: Review: nothing changes without your OK
Look over the proposed layout. If it’s what you want, hit Confirm & Apply and you’re instantly organized.
4: Fine-tune with the AI helper
Need a different structure? Check out the AI helper pop-up in the lower-right corner, type your instructions, and we’ll re-organize on the spot.
5: Stay effortlessly up to date
Once a week we’ll email a quick check-in. If new files are out of place, ClariSort AI offers to sort them. Anytime you revisit app.clarisort.ai, we scan for fresh, unorganized items and let you decide whether to tidy them up.
